Roles and access

Owner, accountant, seller — each user sees exactly what they need.

Fiscall has a refined role-based access system. The Owner has it all. The Accountant sees reports and finance. The Seller works receipts and inventory. The Administrator manages users.

Everything it covers

  • Predefined roles: ADMIN, OWNER, ACCOUNTANT, SELLER
  • Fine-grained permissions — who can open a receipt, void one, view reports
  • Per-location rights (an operator works only in their own store)
  • Audit log: who did what, and when
  • Quick deactivation when an employee leaves

What it means in practice

Owner sees everything

Turnover, margin, reports, users — all of it. No restrictions.

Accountant sees only finance

Reports, VAT, goods receipts — no access to user setup or purchase prices unless they need it.

Seller does the work

Issuing receipts, inventory, end-of-shift — no way to change prices or delete receipts.
