How we collect, use and protect the data you entrust to us.

1. Who is the data controller

Your data controller is Rubik d.o.o., with its registered office at Jola Piletića bb, 81400 Nikšić, Montenegro. Email for privacy-related questions: info@rubik.me.

Legal details (tax ID, registration number, full legal address, data subject requests contact) will be completed in the final version.

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes data processing in two contexts:

  • The Fiscall mobile and web application — when your employees (operators) use Fiscall to issue fiscal receipts.
  • The fiscall.me website — when you visit our site, send a request via the contact form or interact with analytics.

3. Data we collect

3.1. The app (Fiscall PC and Android)

For the purpose of issuing fiscal receipts and complying with our legal obligations to the Montenegro Tax Administration, we process:

  • Operator data: name, username, user ID
  • Company data: name, tax ID, address, business location
  • Receipt data: items, prices, VAT, IKOF, JIKR, time of issuance
  • Device data: type, OS version, device ID
  • Partner and customer data you enter into the app

The final list of permissions (Bluetooth, camera) and data processed by third-party SDKs will be specified in the final version, after consultation with our engineering team.

3.2. The website (fiscall.me)

When you visit fiscall.me, we collect:

  • Technical data: anonymized IP address, browser and OS, language, pages visited — via Google Analytics, only after your consent.
  • Contact form data: name, email, phone, company, industry, number of sales locations, message — only when you submit a request.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — sending receipts to the Montenegro Tax Administration is prescribed by law.
  • Contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — delivering the Fiscall service to paying customers.
  • Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — website analytics, marketing communications.
  • Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — replying to messages submitted via the contact form.

5. Who receives your data

  • Montenegro Tax Administration — fiscal receipt data, under legal obligation.
  • Cloud hosting providers — our infrastructure (details in the final version).
  • Google Analytics (only with your consent) — anonymized website analytics.

Data is not sold to third parties.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and the Montenegro Data Protection Act, you have:

  • The right of access to your data
  • The right to rectification of incorrect data
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to object
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
