Terms of Use

The rules that apply to using the Fiscall app and the fiscall.me website.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of:

  • The fiscall.me website;
  • The Fiscall application (Android and web versions) in the general licensing terms section.

The commercial relationship with paying Fiscall subscribers is governed by a separate subscription contract and SLA.

2. Service provider

Fiscall is developed and provided by Rubik d.o.o., with its registered office in Nikšić, Montenegro. Email: info@rubik.me.

Legal details (tax ID, registration number, full address, registry number) will be completed in the final version.

3. Website access

The fiscall.me website is informational. Access is free and does not require registration. By submitting a request via the contact form, you accept our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All website content (text, graphics, logo, icons, code) is the property of Rubik d.o.o. or its partners. Use of the content without prior written permission is not allowed, except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Fiscall application licence

The Fiscall application is licensed on a monthly subscription basis. Licence details (number of users, number of sales locations, supported modules) are defined in the specific contract with each customer.

6. User obligations

The user commits to:

  • Use the application in accordance with the laws of Montenegro;
  • Not attempt to compromise the security of the application or other users' data;
  • Not distribute the application or website content to third parties without our consent;
  • Properly safeguard account access and certificates.

7. Limitation of liability

Rubik d.o.o. is not liable for damage arising from:

  • Incorrect use of the app or incorrect data entry;
  • Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or force majeure;
  • Unavailability of the SEP portal of the Tax Administration (outside our control);
  • Lack of internet connectivity on the user's side.

For matters relating to the legal obligation of fiscalization, the user is referred to the laws and regulations of Montenegro.

8. Changes to the terms

These terms may be amended. Updates are published on this page with the new date. Last updated: 2026-06-02.

9. Disputes and jurisdiction

For all disputes related to the use of the website and application, the Commercial Court of Montenegro in Podgorica has jurisdiction, applying the law of Montenegro.
